Very terrible experience and continues to get worse. Received the product, which is absolute garbage, but luckily it showed up broken so I thankfully had a way to get out of it and get a refund. Then they wouldn't reimburse the shipping cost. It is a terrible product and a terrible company, I hope everyone stays away.

This item is no-where near as what it was advertised. The video had me believing I was getting a crystal or a glass sphere of some sort in the shape of Christ's head that will light up. What i received was a plastic water painting that lights up, can't even hang it anywhere. $72 waist of money.

I feel like I wasted almost $82 for a cheap piece of plastic with cheap hour, minute and second hands. The picture of the clock in the ad looked awesome, like it was a highly detailed 3D masterpiece. What I received was absolutely nothing like that. There were no highly detailed 3D renderings on the clock like the picture and is certainly not worth the almost $82 I paid for it. You put out very misleading ads and the final product is nothing on what is being advertised. I am leaving a one star review and warning everybody and anybody not to waste their time purchasing this. I'd LOVE to send this back and receive a refund!

Everything! Not what is advertised… it reminds me of the stories from wish, where it displays one thing but get conned into a cheap piece that I could have bought locally for $10. I was expecting a resemblance of what it advertised. Do not fall for that people

The advertisement for this item is extremely deceiving. It appears that coffee mug is embellished with gems and sparkles. It looks nothing like the advertised product. You cannot even read the names on the balloons. I requested a refund and the seller will not give me a full refund. They said because it’s a personalized item I can only get 50% back. Why should I be penalized for a product that is falsely advertised? DO NOT BUY. You will not be happy.

I was so excited to place my order of the WWE tumbler. But soon after, I received an email saying my package was lost in the mail. I emailed MA customs to ask for a refund. They then said they would correct it, and resend the order. And I never received a follow-up and again, didn't receive my order. So it's a little over $50 down the drain. Do not order from this company.
