I was totally deceived and dissatisfied with the lack of quality of the mug compared to the mug advertised. I was heartbroken...what could have been the best gift ever became a DUD. Customer service was even worse. When I complained and asked for a refund they said they could refund me 10%. I replied that was unacceptable. They counter offered with 20% and they would send a new and better mug that I would receive before Mother's Day.... their last offer. I did receive a new mug just before Mother's Day... no improvement and it had the WRONG NAMES! Three kids, not four....oh the poor mom who never got her mug. Finally, days later got the 20%refund... then, 2 days after Mother's Day I got the correct mug with correct names but just as lame as the first one. Third strike.

Zero stars should be an option. The actual product could not be any further from the description and photo. Worst company ever. No customer service options at all. Do not waste your time or money.

Great idea, bad execution. All of the details in the picture are lost because not only is the mug too small, but so is the picture, which looks to be a digitally printed wrap. The picture also requires too much heat to activate. Purchased as a Mother's Day gift, very dissapointing, especially for the price.

The font was so tiny that you can't even read the names.

The picture showed a lamp. They sent me plastic with lights in it.

Definitely do not recommend purchasing from this retailer. I ordered a jack and sally lamp that appears to be 3d like a real lamp but when I received it it was a cheap plastic 2d led dollar tree item that I paid $70 for. I emailed them and they offered 10 % refund I agreed to get anything back for this junk. They haven’t emailed me again or gave a refund.

Deceptive items. Ordered a 3d acrylic lamp and I received a flat posterboard with a picture of a lamp on it.

I bought the Harry Potter "Fantasy School Mom Color Changing Ceramic Coffee Mug - Personalized Gifts For Mother's Day Heat Changing Mug”. I was worried it wouldn’t look like the advertisement but was pleasantly surprised. The “MOM” letters are raised and the customized image on the mug is almost exactly as advertised (the only different is the customized names are a little smaller and harder to read than advertised). My wife loved it and it’s her new favorite mug. I was a little concerned when seeing the international shipping but it arrived about 2 weeks after it was ordered.
