Attempting a return it has been over 2 weeks with no return of my money.

My experience wasn’t good, unlike my friends’. The description on the website isn’t accurate, but I took the risk and ordered it anyway. The color looked beautiful on real, so I kept it in its plastic packaging and traveled for the event — and that’s when the disappointment came. All the flowers were poorly attached, and as soon as I opened the bag, some of them fell off. The inner lining was torn and even sewn inside out, plus there’s a long front edge that makes it look awkward when walking.

I ordered two dresses to hopefully choose one, I loved them both and settled on a favorite. The return process was easy and efficient and the person I emailed was pleasant and wished me the best for my daughter's wedding which I thought was so sweet. I do a lot online and miss the personal interaction, so it was so nice to have it at Mac Duggal. I hope to receive a lot of compliments on my dress lol, and I will highly recommend them!

The clothes from MacDuggal are very high quality. I have several dresses and sweaters from casual to mother of the groom which I recently wore and were complimented. Much thanks!

Customer service was great! Very quick to respond and very helpful However, the first dress that was sent to me was not the dress shown on the website. The embellishments on the shoulders were missing. I had to send back for exchange, which is inconvenient. A replacement was sent quickly. The dress ran very small. This is important for future customers to know that items run small.
