This was my first experience with Mac Duggal’s website and the vast selection of lovely dresses, and I had difficulty choosing just one for my wedding. I am a mature bride and, unfortunately, I had to return the beautiful and well-made dress l chose due to several factors affecting our wedding timeline. I am planning to choose another unique dress from this company more suitable for a Spring wedding. I couldn’t be more pleased with the expeditious and professional way my return was handled. the dress i ordered was not package properly. for an item that cost over $250, i expected more care- it was placed loosely in a box with minimal protection and arrived heavily wrinkled. I also noticed an issue with the zipper. It looks like the stitching wasn't done correctly, and part of it has already started to come undone. I've been communicating with their customer service through emails and calls. Since the dress is needed for an important even and they don't have a replacement in my size, the repair cost is higher than what they are offering to cover. I'm currently waiting for their final decision

Dress packaging horrible. A $398 beautiful dress thrown in large box covered with plastic wrap arrived severely wrinkled where personal steamer cannot them out. The zipper on dress damaged, very long zipper, at beginning of dress, appears it was stitched improperly and coming undone. Threads and split obvious. Working with customer service various emails and call. To fix dress as they do not have another in my size, costs more than they will reimburse. Waiting for final decision. It’s for my daughter’s wedding.

Because I made a mistake in my order and I couldn’t change it at the same time and they sent me the wrong order regarding to your policy why do I have to receive it

The company bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. I had questions about sizing equivalence and they gave great advice. Communication was clear and polite. Have I even mentioned how gorgeous the dress is!

Edit: 5/12/25 I have called and emailed multiple times offering ways we could resolve the issue (contacting my local courier to alter the address/sending the order back to your warehouse and reserving it so I can reorder it from there) but I have not been supported in any way by your team. It's disingenuous to say you care about your customers when your actual service is dismissive and disorganized. ---------------- Never contact their customer service team. My address autocorrected to a previous one and I contacted Mac Duggal via email to provide the correct address. I was told they were going to cancel my order. I emailed and called to explain that I did NOT want my order canceled and I could sort the situation out myself if changing the address would cancel the order. I asked them to confirm the order was not canceled, they confirmed it would be shipped to me. I received an email the next day to say my order was canceled. When I called back they explained I could order again, but my refund has taken days to process, and now the dress listing has gone. If I had never emailed them, and sorted the issue out with the courier, I would have received it. I wrongly assumed an expensive brand would have better customer service than sweatshop slop. The dresses are pricey but the experience is cheap and nasty.

Once I decided on a purchase the site was easy to use, but while shopping it was klunky. Also awhen I set up an account my favorites do not show up.
