We’re sorry for the confusion regarding your refund amount. Your original order total was $324.99, and your refund of $251.14 reflects deductions totaling $73.85. This included $40.38 in return shipping and handling fees, as well as $33.47 in non-refundable shipping, duties, and other international order fees. These charges are separate from the merchandise refund and therefore were not included in the amount returned to your original payment method. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a refund that is lower than the original amount paid, and we’re sorry this was not clearer during the return process. Mac Duggal Customer Care
