I initially ordered a shirt that did not fit for the Fourth of July. I needed to make a return and get a new shirt quickly before the holiday and their team went above and beyond to correct the size issue and get me a shirt in time. They were also very responsive With every email. Would order from them again.

responsive / generous: I bought my normal size (large) which ended up being a bit snug; contacted mOOnshot, providing my order / sku #'s, asking about exchange options (to XL); was immediately offered free XL replacement with me only having to pay $6 shipping (and me keeping original shirt!)

These people are bad news! I received a gift of T-Shirts with fun minor league team names. Unfortunately, the sizing is wildly inaccurate for the US market. I received my normal size of medium, but the shirts are more like extra small/small. I contacted the company to ask if they would do an exchange, as this was the second time I have received a gift of shirts, and the last ones I couldn't enjoy and gave away. They responded after a few days with a question. I then answered the question and that led to absolute silence on the company's part. I have emailed them 4 times now asking if they will help me, and there is ZERO response. It is the worst type of treatment. As if I don't even exist as a customer. My recommendation is to find you fun t-shirts elsewhere, because if you have any problem with your order, you'll likely be stuck with it. Addendum: Shortly after writing this review, the company responded to my original issues, and solved my problem. I don’t know if the timing was coincidental to my review. I’m grateful for their efforts, but their customer service was severely lacking.

To make a long story short. This guy's "hotmail" kept putting our messages in his spam folder. That is very annoying for anyone and we can understand the frustration of seeming like we weren't responding. In the end, not a single customer has ever been "stuck with it" ever. We make it right 146,000% of the time. By my math at least, and i'm absolutely terrible at math (thank god for calculators). If anyone is weary of us and landed here on TrustPilot, please go to our website and read our reviews at the bottom of the main page on www.m00nshot.com. TrustPilot tends to bring out the worst in people for whatever reason.

I recently ordered a Vintage Baseball Teams T-Shirt. It was on the pricey side for me, but similar to what one would spend on a concert tee shirt. The material is of an amazing quality. The size I ordered didn’t quite fit right. I was sent a new shirt at no cost; outstanding customer service! Would recommend!

The quality of the tee shirt I ordered was garbage for the price. The shirts do rub on the small side. I love the logo of the old baseball team. It was a gift for my adult son but because of the inferior quality - and I ordered the “upgraded” material - I cannot give it to him with a good feeling.

Cathy, very bummed to see this review :( I am sorry if you didn't like the shirt, but to call it garbage quality is just not true. We use Bella Canvas brand, which is considered one of the best blanks you can print on. For anyone reading this, please know that aside from the limited number reviews here on trustpilot, you can go directly to our website at m00nshot.com and read over10,000 positive reviews. We use one of the best quality blanks you you can get (made of the softest most refined cotton on the planet). If we actually did sell garbage, we would not still be around (but we have been since 2016). Most times, when someone like Cathy here doesn't like her order, the issue ends up being more about style than quality. Some customers prefer the old school boxy thick t-shirts that just aren't that popular anymore or only come in inferior quality cotton. Our shirts are more of a modern/athletic fit but constructed of the best/softest ring-spun & combed cotton, width side seams, etc. Cathy, I hope your son still likes his shirt and you can always reach out to us directly if he doesn't. Thanks for giving us a shot.

We ordered three shirts and loved the unique designs. However, one shirt was too small and we wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Their website does indicate that the shirts run small--our bad. So we were willing to pay for shipping. We found that the only way to contact them was through their website and four queries went unanswered. We seem to be stuck with the shirt now. Update: m00nshot kindly replied to this review. I was then able to reach them through "store at m00nshot.com" email and they sent me a new shirt of the correct size.
