I ordered a shoe and i decided to cancel the order..on the website it states u cn do this but it turn out that i couldn't... Your order will go straight from open status to delivery..no option to cancel even within 24 hours of ordering....just to warn u out there if u place and order and u decide to cancel even after paying for it...its a nightmare getting it sorted......

Been trying for months to unsubscribe to their emails but I still get emails regularly. Surely this is against GDPR?

Hier macht sich der Unterschied zwischen längst eingeführtem Markenhändler und mal schnell -von China aus- installiertem onlineladen bemerkbar. Alle Bestellungen wurden- trotz schwierigen Umständen- zügig bearbeitet und geliefert. Die Ware ist von solider Qualität und Passform .Die Grössenangaben entsprechen auch der gewünschten Schugrösse. Wer wie ich sonst Schuhe lieber im Laden kauft und probiert, ist hier im shop auch gut aufgehoben. Keine meiner bisherigen Bestellungen musste ich zurücksenden. Kundenkommunikation ist ok, da überall verfügbare Kontaktdaten verfügbar sind.Retourenbelege und Anleitung sind verständlich und bei jeder Lieferung beigefügt.Die Umverpackung ist nicht zu aufwändig, hier wird nicht unnötig Material verschwendet. Weiter so!

top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zudem absolut beeindruckendes soziales Engagement von den Eigentümern, ich wünschte alle Firmenbesitzer hätten solch ein Herz für die Menschen!

Ich kaufe bereits seit Jahren bei Deichmann ein. Die letzte Bestellung war online vom März 2020 über 1 Paar Stiefel Business der Marke AM in hellbraun Artikel Nr. 13721861. Sehr gut verarbeitet und mit der entsprechenden Einlage läuft es sich sehr entspannt in den Stiefeln. Ich geniesse es in den Geschäften als auch online Schuhe bei Deichmann zu kaufen. Die Verarbeitung der Schuhe überzeugt mich.

poor customer services Went to deichmann store on saturday4th to buy my son a pair of shoes for school ,Got them ready on sunday to find to left shoes in box,phone customer services on Monday to ask for £3 voucher for my bus fare so I was not out of pocket spoke to Michael I think) who was very apologetic and tried to help ,But his supervisor said no best we can do is send me a return sticker ,did not help as I would not have shoes for my son . so one star for Michael and zero for customer services . bright side no £3 voucher don't have to buy shoes at deichmann any more.

Die Rückerstattung hat sehr lange gedauert. Erst wurde behauptet der Artikel wäre nicht zurück geschickt worden obwohl der Artikel laut Sendungsnummer schon über 4 Wochen zugestellt war. Dann wurde der Artikel laut Kundenservice nicht eingebucht. Nachdem dies dann Tage später geschehen war dauerte es wieder über eine Woche bis das Geld zurück überwiesen wurde. Ich habe daraus gelernt und werde hier nicht mehr online bestellen.

I bought my mum a pair of trainers for Christmas and when they sent them the box was empty. I contacted them straight away. I couldn't get through on the phone so I had to email. Well let's just say it's been over 1 month and they have decided to get back to me a couple of days ago. I originally wanted a pair sent out to me for her but now it's so close to Xmas I had to buy another pair from else where. I asked them for a refund instead, but now they are apparently sending me the trainers out. I haven't received them yet though. So I will have to return them but I'm not looking forward to the returns process just because it seems like their customer service sucks. Great prices and if on the very rare occasion I'm near a store I always find it lovely in store but, online and their online customer service, nope. I doubt I will ever order online with them again. Open up more stores in London please.
