Sole was an amazing partner to work with, she advocated for us many times over our years of business with ShipHero/LVK, getting answers and changing processes when needed to get us the best service possible from a 3PL DC.

Marcelo, Thank you very much for all your help. You and your team have been truly amazing in expediting one of our shipments. We had a large number of back orders that needed to be released, and although we understand that processing can take time, your efforts went above and beyond. Thanks to your team’s dedication, the stock was booked in and made available at a sellable location quickly, allowing us to process our orders and keep our business running smoothly. We genuinely appreciate your support and value the partnership we have with you. We look forward to continuing this great working relationship.

I was with LVK for more than three years and if I hadn't launched my own facility, I'd still be with them.

Marcelo helped to turn around a difficult delivery issue for our customer to provide them a better experience!

I worked with many 3PLs, including Shipbob and Shipmonk. LVK is by far the most reliable. They own and operate their own warehouses, which means any issues can be resolved quickly, without waiting for a third party. Their customer service and management are also top-tier. I had an issue recently that required a custom solution, Maggie, Carina and their team were instrumental in implementing a fix in time for Q4. If you're looking for a highly trustworthy 3PL with broad US coverage, LVK is the best choice.

Always a fast, thoughtful and helpful experience from the LVK team.

We've used LVK (prev. Shiphero) for 5 years and have had plenty of ups & downs. Recently the response has been much improved, both in time and efficacy. Carlos Guerrero just helped recommend and implement a more cost effective shipping scheme and was knowledgable and attentive. I would stay away from shipping plans that include the budget carriers. They are budget for a reason!
