Nicolas Giraldo has been our CSM and involved in our account from the beginning of our relationship with LVK. He is attentive and compassionate and cares about us more than just as a business, he genuinely cares about us as people, and that makes all the difference in the world. He is up front and honest and always does his best to super serve his clients!

I had a smooth and pleasant experience with Customer Representative Emi Cordoba. He swiftly attended to our concern regarding our shipping plan and handled everything efficiently. We did not have to take any additional action on our end, as he took care of the issue promptly and kept the process hassle-free. His quick action made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you, Emi, for the excellent customer service!

We (OMORPHO) have been using LVK for 4+ years now, and I have been continually impressed with ability of account managers / CS team to serve our complex needs. At the beginning of the year, I requested 1 of their CS members (Carlos) to become our Account Mgr, and he has excelled. Not surprisingly, he has elevated his performance in recent months, and helped us navigate several critical improvements to our business model - eg: transition to zone-based pricing transition, consolidating inventory to 1 wh, coordinating mis-delivered freight shipments, overhauling the automation rules, and much more. I would strongly recommend LVK to any vendor looking for a 3PL to balance fast-paced shipping with premium customer service.

LVK has consistently provided a high level of service and support across our warehousing and fulfilment operations. The team is responsive, professional, and proactive in addressing requests, often going above and beyond to accommodate urgent requirements and changing business needs. Communication is clear and timely, inventory management is reliable, and order fulfilment has been handled efficiently and accurately. We particularly appreciate their flexibility, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate on custom processes and operational improvements. LVK has proven to be a valued logistics partner, and we look forward to continuing our successful working relationship with them.
