Consistent communication helped with the process, adjusting time frames when we were delayed. Some minor challenges to invoicing, finalizing setup details became a little challenging at the end and might have been avoided if we could have had more visibility into the LVK processes.

We've used LVK (prev. Shiphero) for 5 years and have had plenty of ups & downs. Recently the response has been much improved, both in time and efficacy. Carlos Guerrero just helped recommend and implement a more cost effective shipping scheme and was knowledgable and attentive. I would stay away from shipping plans that include the budget carriers. They are budget for a reason!
