99% of LVKs reviews are fake, they changed their name from Shiphero to hide the bad reviews. We’ve been with LVK for 5 years and are looking to move. Overtime, prices have increased significantly and they lie/scheme constantly to adjust what they charge you in their benefit. For instance, were your orders under the one pound weight threshold for lower costs? Then they’re going to lie about every package they weigh and mark it as over a pound per “rules” they added to your personal pricing. They don’t charge standard rates. They make up rates for each business and adjust them exponentially over time. Just FYI, our packages are bubble mailers that weigh around 8 ounces to ship and they charge us $17 to ship it. Plus charge us an insane rate for incoming inventory. At their prices it’s cheaper for us to rent our own warehouse and hire workers even for our small business. Pretty sure they’re just a middleman which is why the costs are so high. Find someone else.
