I purchased two bed sheet sets that arrived in damaged packaging and did not appear to match the product description. When I attempted to return the items, I experienced repeated delays and inconsistent information. After initiating a dispute with my credit card company, I was eventually issued a return label and returned all items. The company later claimed that one set was not returned, which is incorrect. I have proof of shipment and correspondence supporting the full return. I also attempted to leave a review but found that customer feedback appears to be company controlled, limiting the ability to post a balanced or critical review. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I am so happy to have found LEL. They did not pop up right away in my Google research on sheets and comforters and I feel lucky to have spotted them when they did. Their products are great and affordable. I am so happy and comfortable in my bed! Plus customer service is excellent. I bought for myself and liked the products so much I bought everything again for my daughter for Christmas.
