For those experiencing no or little contact , check your junk mail folder as multiple emails were present in mine after the initial slow 1st response due to them being "a small family ran business." The staines were the Result of broken zippers and direct contact to the wet shipping box. .... Received stained, Thin low grade sheets. Unable to leave a google store review and am convinced the great reviews are fake. Purchased 2 1000 tc egyptian cotton split king sheets while looking for for something comparable to members mark quality. Very disappointed. Google recommended. Emailed twice about returning. No answer. Poor quality, poor customer service

So far--and this may change. I ordered their cotton blend sheets thinking there would be a little poly or something to make them no-iron. When they came, the label said 100% cotton. I called and couldn’t get an answer. Then I emailed, asking how to get a no charge return. When they emailed me, nothing was said about the possibility of a no charge return. The next email said that their provider no longer had the blend shets and if I would keep them they would refund 30% of what I paid. Since it might have cost at least $20 to return, because shipping has increased a lot, I decided to keep them. Haven’t used them yet.

The customer service was personalized.…responsive and had excellent follow through.

I ordered a set of Olympic Queen sheets based on the dimensions advertised. When they arrived, they were 5" less wide, so I couldn't tuck the sheets under the mattress. The company went back to their vendor and asked them to remake the sheets, which they then sent me. They were still not correct, and even with a refund of my money, I was very frustrated. However, even though I didn't end up getting the sheets I expected, I want to commend the company for their diligence in trying to make the situation right. The level of customer service they provided was extraordinary, even if the outcome was not what I hoped. I will absolutely shop with them again based on how much I respect them.
