I ordered a 100% Hungarian down comforter. Received a perfectly serviceable comforter, but the tag says 80% down, 20% feather (feathers are pokier and not as soft, so not as desirable). Fully made in China, no indication of the feather's origin.

Order a Duvet cover set three weeks ago that was supposed to ship in 1-2 days. They charged my credit card but never shipped. They don’t answer their phone number and don’t respond to emails. Looks like a scam. Update July 28 - Business contacted me four days later and I was able to get a refund.

I ordered a duvet cover set that came with 2 shams to match with a down comforter for a gift. I was not able to check the quality of the comforter as it was vacuum packed tightly in the packaging. But I was able to unzip the bag the duvet cover and shams came in and feel them without opening them completely and I felt like they were not legit Egyptian cotton or the thread count they claimed as they felt like a plastic polyester set you’d get from a department store. Being so close to the holiday I kept them and didn’t try to contact them since I couldn’t really judge until they were completely opened. After the holiday I was informed they were not soft or durable like the material and thread count claimed and to make matters worse, the duvet cover doesn’t have ties in it to hold the blanket in place while in there so the blanket moves all around and balls up inside the cover. So disappointed. I knew it was probably too good to be true but I was hopeful, but let down.

After less thn one year im very dissatisfied with the quality of my blanket. Its very itchy when you sleep. It faded after two washes even when following the directives of the company.

The down comforter I bought smells so bad. I am wheezing and a headache. No way this is oeko-tex certified.

I purchased 1500 thread count cotton sheets. They are very thin and not very soft at all. The bottom fitted sheet barely fits my standard mattress. There is no way they would fit a pillow top mattress. I will save them for use on the guest bed only. Simply put, they are low quality, cheap sheets.
