Customer service was very responsive and quick to respond and resolve our issue when we reached out!

If you’re on the fence about buying from LEL, just do it. I received my king down comforter quickly AND with free shipping. It came vacuum sealed, all I did was unpack it and shook it like crazy. It was perfectly fluffy by morning. It’s so soft and cozy with no odor whatsoever. I’m writing from underneath the comforter, I may never get out of bed. I highly recommend LEL!

Prompt and exceptional Customer Service. After checking out my order I realized there was an extra 20% that I could have applied to my order. I immediately contacted Luxury Egyptian Linens customer service through email and explained and within 24 hours they credited the extra 20% I will definitely be placing orders in the future!

Ordered the wrong color and they made the exchange process as simple as can be. Easy to do business with and the sheets are amazing.

READ THIS BEFORE purchasing from Luxery Egyptian Linens, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, they say they are selling Egyptian cotton linens, but they truly are not! I have bought 1000 to 1500 TC Egyptian cotton sheet for the past 25 years, I know how they feel and I know their weight, these sheets may not even be cotton, they feel like some kind of cheap poly blend, they are very very thin, rip easily and Pil all over, they are complete crap and I unfortunately did not read the reviews first, if I can save one person from being ripped off like I was, that would make me happy. THEY DO NOT SELL EGYPTION COTTON SHEETS! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!! THEY UNFORTUNATELY JUST TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!

Luxury Egyptian Linens sheets are the best I've found! They are high quality, deep pockets fit the mattress well and they feel softer and more sensuous with each washing. This set has lasted the longest of any brands I have tried. Their shipping is extremely fast and inquiries are answered promptly. You can order with confidence from Luxury Egyptian Linens as their service is second to none!

I've purchased a lot of luxury bedding. This is the worst that I have ever received. Queen sheets no not fit a queen bed . Downy Full/queen comforter set does not fit a queen bed !!!!! Not even close . Low quality products cheaply made . I'm sure they will request for me to send back for a refund . So much time engery and money to have to turn around and ship back. It's not like a pair of shoes . I've never had to return bedding in my life!!!!!!

This company, family-owned, demonstrates the apex of customer service in handling exchanges and refunds. Their products are top-notch and very reasonably priced. If there is an issue, the management goes well beyond the expected service and solves the problem without hassle.
