After speaking with my dermatologist, she has advised me not to use this devise as I have rosacea. I have emailed them to cancel my purchase within 15-20 minutes and nobody is responding. I don’t want to have to wait until it arrives and then pay shipping as I know I can’t use it. I am worried that nobody will respond and I will lose £99. Also I completely agree that it started to feel like a scam once you place the order and it says that you must watch this ‘short video’ before your order is complete and it says that if you try to click out, you may be charged double!!! The video was extremely long, nothing short about it. I immediately spoke to my dermatologist and she told me to ask them to cancel my order as my skin will not benefit from this devise. Please can someone get back to me ASAP??

I was doubting about buying this and due to the reviews here I went for it and bought it last night. As soon as I pay I had an alert saying “don’t leave the page or go back as you can be charged twice” Since that moment I wanted to cancel the order as no feeling comfortable about it and scared to leave the page so I let run a video about creams and the only way out after all that it was to click “down” , I did and a message about congratulations that you bought the creams appeared so I panicked. I reach the support email by 3 ways… and no answer! I didn’t read any of the reviews about this but to worried to be an scam… I don’t even want to try the product I just want my order to be cancelled so no waste for them and for me but seems imposible! Like I said, I don’t want to even try the product just for the fact that as soon as I pay something felt completely uncomfortable and wrong. I contacted 3 times to the emails provided (again when they replied to the review) and no answer from them, but the keep sending me emails about their products… Updating: email with shipping number but never heard from them from the emails provided here (I already emailed to them as well before this review) so definitely a very very bad costumer services as they are impossible to reach and really upsetting that I can’t cancel a product I don’t want.

Didn’t like this product and can’t get a return address. So if you buy it and don’t like it you’re stuck with it. Customer service doesn’t get back to you.

Is a complete waste of money. I am sure they reviews are fake same as the videos. Is not even Italian product as it says ,is Chinese.Comes without any heads and delivery takes ages. Not recommend!!!!

Never shop here. Waited a whole month and never received my items. Staff were no help. They will steal your money. Disgusting.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to purchase one for myself. I realized after placing my order I wasn’t charged tax (I live in Canada). I emailed them on Monday to see if I would be charged import and taxes upon arrival. ( very nervous about import fees as they can be very pricey after already spending so much on this blackhead device (I was debating ordering a cheaper one on Amazon, the starting price is $20) today is Thursday and I still haven’t got a response from them. I received my shipping information and realized it’s coming from china. Starting to think it is a scam. Hoping I am wrong..

Very disappointed… it has been almost three weeks now and still no product… starting to question how genuine they are
