I’m going to give my honest review. Please really take the time to research before you consider buying this. The first red flag was the videos at the beginning going over and over about the “benefits” of using this tool. I should have known better than to trust a company that doesn’t even allow potential customers to proceed to checkout without forcing them to watch two extremely long videos. It’s basically brain washing you into believing you need this product when in reality you don’t. I thought to myself “hey i’ll try it anyway as they are clearly advertising you can get your money back guaranteed if it doesn’t work for you” when actually if you check they’re policy, you will have to cover the cost of sending the device back to the USA which by the way, it’s really pricey to do. It cost £22 so that was a waste of money. The device feels and look very cheap and it comes from China which most likely means the cost of manufacture is really low. That’s how they make a decent profit from you by over charging you. I followed the instructions thoroughly before and during using the device so it’s not a case where I didn’t know how to use it properly. I have used the device for over 2 weeks and decided to send it back as soon as I started noticing pigmentation and scaring. I reached out to the brand and they accepted my refund request but when I mentioned that I would like the shipping cost to be covered as compensation for the damage they have caused to my skin they denied my request. It’s been almost a month and my skin still looks worse than before using the device. Moving forward I will never trust random brands advertised on instagram and tik tok who only try to sell you things that do not work or you do not need. Thank god I didn’t also fall for their second trap which is their skincare range. Edit: When you check their reply underneath they basically lied. I have stated clearly on email that this device damaged my skin and would like compensation so I don’t think it’s fair to just lie by saying “ I didn’t want to use the device” This company is so dodgy.

I’ve purchased from them February 29, 2024. I’ve wrote them my first message March 28, 2024 saying that the product didn’t work for me. They kept telling me to try it longer and trying to say that maybe I’m not using it right and giving me pointers on how to use it. I wrote them again on May 26 that it still didn’t work for me and to do the next step on a return and it took them almost a week to answer. And they tried to tell me to use it longer and when I said that I don’t want it 90 days to pass they told me I could extend it to 180 days or return it or get a partial refund and keep it. I said that I would rather do a partial refund due to the hassle of returning. To which they wrote oh sorry 90 days has passed! Those back and forth conversations are something they do to make you run out of time. Also you can buy a similar product for half the price on Amazon that does the same job. They just have a very good commercial that try to suck you in in buying it.

Have not received my order yet which i placed on 22/05/24 , no communication for tracking as well , very disappointed, keep sending emails but never get a response , starting to think if this is genuine or fake , hope i get my order in time .and dont have to raise a dispute

Really disappointed with the communication. I Ordered two products but after consultation with my doctor I needed to cancel as it's not for me. I have right to change my mind. And I checked, products wasn't even sent yet. I sent an email to explain my cancellation. At the beginning was ok. I've got my first Order cancelled and refunded. However, my second Order is still not refunded. I Ordered two products at the same time. I sent a second email, and there is still no response. If I can't use the product, why then the company is doing such a hard time to get refunded. There are no other way to contact them but email. And this is not helping.

I purchased a kit on May 23rd. The next day, I sent an email to the support team to cancel my order and I received no response, not even automated. I have been calling their support number +1(806)4144824 to request my order cancellation and the line only rings, no one answers and there is not even an automated message. I filled out a form on their “contact page” and I haven’t been contacted. I truly hope I get a full refund without having to open a dispute.

My daughter is unable to use this product as the suction is too intense for her sensitive skin. I have reached out to support via email (as there's no other way to reach customer service!) repeatedly... the ONLY reply was an automated one stating they were out of office & would reach out to me on Monday... I have heard nothing from them since. I feel once you purchase the product & they get their money, they make it almost impossible to get customer support. I need to return the product & get my full refund. After sending several emails to get refund assistance with no response, I'm posting here as it seems the only place someone responds. Please respond with instructions on how to return product & get my refund!

I had high hopes for this machine . I’m someone who has always struggled with breakouts here and there on my face . Unfortunately after using this machine it created such painful and inflamed breakouts even when cleansing my face twice before and after . I throughly cleaned the machine but my guess is it spread bacteria around my face there for causing painful breakouts the next day . Even after 7 days of use my breakouts are still present but have calmed down a little but still noticeable .
