I received a unit that stopped working after three uses. It would not charge. I contacted luxury confidence by email and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new unit free of charge. Resolution of my issue was easy and stress-free.

I just recieved my machine so I'm not sure how it will work yet.. I used it this morning after showering. I didn't see anything come out yet, but the direction say it may take a few times. I reached out to support for help with something though and they were promt and very helpful.

Their customer service is great!! I am new to Luxury Confidence. I got and used my device for the first time today, so I can't give a fair judgement on it yet, but so far it looks promising. The 5 star review is for the wonderful customer service. They answered my multiple questions in several emails, one a day, BEFORE I bought the product. It gave me answers and assurance I was dealing with a trustworthy company. Time will tell if this Acne Kit with device works as well for me as it has for others.

I inadvertently ordered thinking it was Australian dollars. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to the cost. They were so professional and cancelled the order for me, refunding straight away. Customer care was as it used to be. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and professional courtesy in understanding my situation.
