the driver "ralph" was waiting with a card when we landed took us to the car, i asked him to point out famous landmarks to us but unfortunately he said he didn't really know any!!!! that was the only downside to the journey a driver with no knowledge of new york !

I have been using Luxor for about 6 years and have had nothing but first class service every time. Their drivers are always on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. They send out a text notification shortly before your driver's scheduled arrival time with the driver's name and cell phone number, which has proven very helpful. Most recently, our flight was delayed over 5 hours and what was supposed to be a 7:00pm arrival ended up being after midnight. Our driver met us at the luggage carousel right on time. I can recommend Luxor wholeheartedly for your local transportation needs in NYC.
