I have used many car services over the years in New York. Luxor is always on time, their cars are immaculate, the drivers are groomed and professional, they are not on the phone, and seem to be concerned with driving safely. This is car service is my go to A team.

The company didn't send a driver to pick us up from the airport as scheduled. So, we had to take a taxi to our hotel. The remaining scheduled rides were timely.

I only gave 3 stars because I have a baby and requested and paid for a car seat. Driver showed up with no car seat. Completely in a bind since we needed to be at the airport. Very unhappy about that. And I'm still waiting on my refund. I used them before and they had the car seat. Everything was great, however I'm not sure if I will be using them again since I don't know if I can rely on them for my baby's safety. Especially driving in NYC.

I ordered a car from the Upper West Side with the flowers option to surprise my fiance on our way out of town to Vegas for his 30th birthday. The car itself was great, a clean, newer Cadillac Escalade, and the flowers I had included were fine. The driver was too talkative for my taste, I ordered a car service as a way to kick off the weekend, not to hear about how the driver hates Trump and the crime rate in New York. He ended up taking us to the wrong terminal at JFK so we had to take the AirTrain anyway - again, not why I ordered car service. I would expect for close to $200 a first class experience. This was a glorified yellow cab ride.

I was so pleased with the service being flexible since my flight arrival kept being changed due to bad weather. The driver was polite, prompt and very understanding that I felt awful after a rough flight and middle-of-the-night arrival. I could not have asked for a better experience.
