The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the return trip thankfully worked out. My girlfriend and I were taking a weekend getway to NYC flying into Newark Airport, we booked with Luxor to get easy transportation into the city. The day before I got a call from Luxor and was told I got a free upgrade to a Limo, great! We arrived on time to the arrivals level where we were told to wait, I called the Limo driver, no answer. He called me back 5 minutes later to say he was stuck in traffic and he was 10 minutes away, no big deal I can live with that. 45 minutes later I get a call from the dispatcher saying a new car was coming, 15 minutes later an SUV not affiliated with Luxor picked us up. From here, whoever this random guy was, decided to text and drive for the duration into the city (I got some pretty good pictures, it was comical), it looked like he was booking rides for the rest of his afternoon on some app. I called Luxor the next day to tell them I had waited ONE hour at the airport, the supervisor said he would not honor the money back guarantee because I did not call their headquarters, instead I called the driver, but would that have changed the situation?

We used Luxor Limo both coming and going to NYC. The drivers were very professional. They were on time. Drove safely. We will use Luxor whenever we visit NYC.

The driver was waiting on us. He was courteous and helpful.The telephone operator was also very nice I would use them again.

Booked limo to celebrate gf birthday!! Limo service was decent, limo was clean.

There have been mishaps with my bookings with Luxor and I don't necessarily understand their pricing; two significantly different prices for the same trip sometimes. But if you're looking for basic without the whistles and bells, then they get the job done.

Honest and straight

Not much to say other than that everything about our booking with Luxor Limo was fantastic. Everything on time and no hidden charges/fees. We ordered an Escelade, and it was spotless and the driver was very polite.

From the time I landed and met my driver to the drop off point this was the best service I have ever had. I have hired limo services from many sates and cities none this great.
