A group of 14 ladies took a trip to NY from DE renting a Sprinter. The going to NY driver Mark was the greatest. I greatly appreciated the way he treated us. However, the trip for NY to DE was the worse ever. We had a rude driver by the name of Hussein. He attempted to kick us off the bus. He was texting while driving us. When someone went to record him he quickly put the phone down. He refused to drive us back to DE. We had to wait 2 hours for another driver to pick us up. We received no apologies from this company.

Our terms and conditions clearly state which vehicles alcohol is permitted in. BY LAW, alcohol is prohibited in vehicles without a divider. we offer vehicles with dividers but you did not opt for one of those vehicles. here is an excerpt from our terms and conditions located at www.luxorlimo.com/terms: "Alcohol consumption: by law, alcohol consumption is permitted ONLY in vehicles with a divider. (limousines) alcohol is PROHIBITED in standard vehicles without a divider/partition between the passengers and the driver." we did the best we could to accommodate you within the boundaries of the law. what is not mentioned here is that there were 14 intoxicated passengers acting aggressively toward our driver and he did not feel safe driving 3 hours to Delaware with people yelling at him and actively drinking in a vehicle without a partition (highly illegal and could result in him losing his license). We did review the Passenger facing security cameras to verify open containers and alcohol consumption. HOWEVER, we DID manage to find another driver who was willing to complete the ride once the alcohol was put away.
