Luxor LimoReviews of luxorlimo.com

The driver expedited our transfer to the Millenium Hilton Hotel from the airport.. Courteous, professional.. 😉😃👍🏻

On my recent trip to NYC, I used Luxor Limo for my pick up at the airport and also the return. The Service was excellent - on time, driver was courteous, stayed in touch with me prior to the pick up and was on time for both occasions. I would highly recommend Luxor Limo when you need transportation in NYC.

the car was very late at the airport. I had to call many times the company to obtain at last the reserved car. the company refused to consider my complaint and refuses to reimburse me the cost of my trip.

Our driver was ahead of schedule, and made it easy for us to find. The whole experience was convenient, clean, and excellent. We would definitely use Luxor again.

Both times I used them they were late, and once over 45 minutes late and i was still billed even though they have a guarantee . Both times , I had to call in, the ladies answering the phone made it seem like it was my fault. first time they were at the wrong terminal from where my plane landed. Going back to the Airport days later they told me the Limo couldn't get to my hotel it wasn't possible even though I told them limos were at that very moment picking people up in front of my hotel. They argued with me and wanted me to take my lugage and walk 10 blocks to meet the car, absurd.

On time with courteous and knowledgeable driver. Vehicle spotless.

I will most definitely use this company again

I traveled to NYC for the first time and we used Luxor Limo for transportation to and from LaGuardia. My whole group was very impressed and agreed it was a great decision! Both drivers were courteous, knowledgeable, and had great personalities! We were able to relax and enjoy riding in style. I highly recommend this service!
