Customer service was excellent! Jane was a wonderful help! I loved the bodysuits, I ordered the original and the thong bodysuits. The original was my favorite. I had to returned the thong bodysuit because it didn’t fit me well and the customer service was prompt and excellent.

This was some of the best customer service/support I've ever received. Shoaib was wonderful and actually cared about my situation and provided all options necessary to help achieve what I wanted/needed. She made the return/refund process so quick and simple. Seriously, really some of the best service I've dealt with for awhile. I placed an order with Luxmery after seeing numerous influencers on Instagram sing their praises. I found a BOGO sale and ordered their original bodysuit, one for me and one for my sister. Unfortunately, I was devastated when I received my package and realized the mistake I’d made. I’d ordered the correct size for one of the bodysuits, but I ordered an incorrect size for the second one. The first thing I did upon receipt of my order was try on the correct size. Immediately, I loved the product, and I reached out to their customer service and explained what had happened. Jane very promptly confirmed that the order was shipped correctly but said she’d have her customer support team reach out to me. I then received a message from Shoaib who made my error the most hassle-free experience I’ve ever had. Shoaib immediately placed an order with their fulfillment team to replace the incorrect size that I had ordered. Over the next day or two I received emails from other team members, Imra and Steph, making sure I didn’t need anything else. I received the replacement bodysuit today, and I’m so excited to wear it. I cannot share enough how great this product is and what amazing customer service this company has. I can’t wait to explore the other products they offer. I will be a return customer for sure, and I’ll recommend with everyone willing to listen to do business with Luxmery.

The product is true to size and very comfortable. The material feels silky and soft smooth fitting. Shhhhh it's our shaping secret! Customer service is prompt and courteous. Thx
