After struggling to get it on over hips i was nervous about the fit. but it was fine going up the rest of the way. i had to do some adjusting to get the creases out. it was cinching my waist terribly. it, once it was all smoothed out I finally saw what the hype was about. Also, one color i ordered came darker than I thought so I reached out to CS and it was so easy to get a new shade sent out. no hassle. I love that it was easy to find a human to deal with. Lots of these businesses are hard to find a contact or a human to connect with. Product and service is great!

Luxmery’s customer service is top notch! I realized I needed a smaller size of the bodysuits, so I emailed Support and Steph got back to me immediately (even though it was a Sunday evening AND the night before a holiday) and offered to replace the bodysuits with a smaller size without having to return the larger items. I plan to gift them to a friend so she can fall in love with this company too! The quality is incredible and I’m glad I ordered two because I’m going to want to wear these every day!

Luxmery body suits are everything they say they are and more. Full coverage and support so bra is optional. It’s fun, sexy, comfortable and goes from dressy to practical for maximum travel options and versatility. I’ve bought 8 so far. That’s how solid their product is.

Giving 5 stars for the awesome customer service. I ordered the xs/s bodysuit and unfortunately it was a bit too uncomfortable, I felt like maybe the m/l would be a better fit. I emailed customer service and Steph helped me out right away. They were so fast in their response and really accommodating they offered to send me the next size up without any hassle. Steph even made herself available after the second package was shipped. I’m so excited to try the new size since I feel like it will be a better fit and I did see how the previous size helped sculpt my body.

Ordered a bundle of 3 bodysuits in XS/S but one of them arrived as L/XL instead. Emailed the team and received an almost immediate response from Shoaib, who very quickly posted over a new one in the right size without requesting L/XL one back! Customer service at its finest... Also the bodysuits are amazing, I'm a UK12 and i find that the comfort and tightness is perfect, helps to keep my abdomen area less bumpy and gives that additional tapering at the waist. Great for wearing under a dress or just with boob covers + jeans!

Great customer service. I bought 2 bodysuits from Luxmery, and they didn't give me the look that I had expected (from watching the videos I had expected dramatic changes). I left a review saying this & Julie came back offering to refund or replace them. She was so helpful. She made the process so simple & I have replacements coming soon.
