my wife ordered the pink bag, with the pink strap, with the pink back pac accessory bag. None of the pinks match at all. not even close. then when i wanted to return it they said we have to pay for shipping which was over $157 to send back to Israel. mistake on us for buying something without seeing fine print. do not fall for it. dont buy.

This is a pieces of smelly plastic. It does not stay on the roller at at all. To return you need tro pay for maiing back to Israel. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I HATE THIS BAG! IT IS AWFUL.

Absolutely poor quality and workmanship. The handles frayed after two uses. Contacted customer support only to be told I only have a 7 day return window. Waste of money and time talking to their customer support. Stay away and purchase somewhere reputable.

Perhaps the worst customer experience and service I have encountered. Took days for anyone to reply to an email..which by the way is the only way to get in touch. Took over two weeks for the bag to allegedly be delivered. Never showed up and can't get this company to stand behind their prodcut. Run, don't walk from this company. Tons of other options, that value their customers.

They advertise a return policy that does not exist. The contact information on the website is fake. It’s a scam.

I can’t believe all these people left positive reviews. I believed them and bought two bags (getting sucked into the ‘sale’) and as soon as they arrived I knew I made a mistake. The quality is cheap, it smells putrid and it’s definitely not luxury. I contacted customer support to ask for verification on the claims on their website they were named Best Carry On bag in all the publications mentioned, but it was not given. I now believe those claims to be rubbish. I asked for a refund and was given an address in Israel to return it to (from Australia.) That would cost me $130 and I’ve already wasted enough, so I’m putting it down to a stupid $400 mistake. But hopefully my experience helps others not make the same.
