This company is a SCAM!! Purchased the Luxe Mega Bag retailing at £109.99 with the Original price of £274.90. There is no way that bag is worth the price tag, they would be lucky if I paid £20. I would like to add it looks nothing like the picture on the website. The quality is very poor it is not genuine leather. The chemical smells of the bag are horrific and to top it off, to return this item I would be charged huge shipping fees to Isreal. Either way I have lost money. The bag is not worth it and currently in the bin where it belongs! Save your money!!!

I got the wrong product, ordered one with roller. I have emailed 5 times to 2 diff emails (cut/pasted them) and they are both being undelivered. Now I am stuck with their bag that I didn't order, don't like. $109+ OUT THE WINDOW. Finally got someone after a week, they asked I pay to send it back to Israel (at my own expense). No thanks. Guess I didn't read their return policy well enough.

Buyer beware. The quality of the product wasn't as advertised. The zippers were very fragile and didn't have durability which is the key to a good travel bag. I wanted to return it and it required shipping internationally. The cost of shipping it was$95. Buyer beware.

The bag is ok but the wheel device huge and clunky..So I return within the days, same box etc. Return address israel!!!! Cost 95.00 to mail! Didn’t want to lose the over 200 for the bag. Beware..keep your fingers crossed it isn’t a scam!!!

These people need to stop it I say,they make anything and sell it ,I am so disappointed in this plastic poorly made bag not worth the hype!!!!

DONT BUY, the quality looks good online but so cheap in person. And you have to pay for it to be returned to Israel 😭😭 shipping it back is half the price of the bag.

Terrible quality, cheap looking, smells synthetic, and most importantly the worst customer service!

The bag quality was extremely poor. The cheap plastic fabric ripped at the handle on the first use. It also smelled heavily of chemicals for weeks after it arrived. And when I contacted customer service they had no recourse. Their supposed warranty on their website is bogus. Definitely not worth the expensive price tag shown on social media.
