Jenny in customer service was wonderful and I received a response within hours! I had ordered the luggage last minute and hoped it would arrive in time. Jenny was very personable and was able to confirm status of delivery date and arrived even early!

The Luxe bag is amazing. I used it for the first time this past weekend; carried it on for the flight out, checked it on way back on a cross-country flight. It's still in pristine condition. As advertised, it fit all of my clothes, toiletries, AND shoes. I had a lot of questions when I first received it, because I'm that person, and their customer service was/is above and beyond. 6 stars.

I am planning a few trips, and I ran across this bag on instagram. It looks exactly what I need. If it holds everything like all the reviews are saying it does, I am going to be absolutely ecstatic with this bag. After I purchased the bag and also purchased a second bag at the same time and finished the order. I noticed. I forgot to add my discount code. I got in touch with customer service through email and a lady named Jenny actually sent me an email back and added my discount code. Adjusted the price for me. I've never had that happen before. I will update my actual purchase when it arrives, which is already on its way? I just made the purchase the other day. Thank you Jenny for your help.

This is now my GO TO TRAVEL BAG!!! Love, love, love and when I had a question about purchasing the roller attachment the customer service support team member, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure the model I purchased would be compatible with the add-on accessory! I could not be happier with my purchase. It arrived very quickly and totaling information every step of the way. I firs to used it for big 4-day wedding celebration that included 3 formal black tie events, plus several brunches and lunches in between. I packed all my toiletries, 3 pairs of shoes, evening bags, you name it. Bag easily packed over 30 pounds worth! It’s a miracle bag and I loved it! Looking forward to purchasing another!
