I tried to cancel my order almost…
I tried to cancel my order almost immediately upon placing it accidentally. All of the email correspondence I received from the company said that they had already processed and were ready to ship and therefore could not cancel the order. When I clicked on the link that they sent to show the processing, the order has not been processed or prepared for shipping. It took five weeks to arrive. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Impossible to deal with. It arrived two days ago, I have not opened it and I have asked for a return address and I’ve heard nothing from the company. I reached out to other people who had ordered the bag, they have clearly use the bag and have verified that it is aCheap imitation from China of a really good brand. Don’t waste your money. I have already sent you an email asking for your US address so I can return this to you. Such a shame it took getting a bad review on trust pilot for you to actually respond. I have sent you daily emails requesting the US address that you claim you have where I can return the bag. You have not responded to any of my emails.

This is within our stated shipping timeframe, and even slightly faster than our estimated business days. We truly take pride in offering one of the highest-quality bags on the market, and we also work very hard to ensure orders arrive on time. Regarding cancellations, as stated on our website, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel orders after 24 hours. We completely understand your situation, and if it were possible, we would absolutely want to help further. That said, if you’d still like to return the bag, we do have a warehouse in the United States and would be happy to accept the return, as long as the item is in its original condition.
