In adequate tracking when I ordered from luxe borsa to the UK
I ordered from luxe borsa to the UK. My items haven’t arrived yet it says delivered to a safe place - I did not indicate a safe place. Update: my delivery was sent to the wrong address and the resident kindly delivered it to me. Updated to 3 stars because the bags are nice but the service is poor. I got an email saying this would be looked into but I have not heard anything since. No evidence of UK tracking- nothing. This is a logistical lapse and should be considered. But the bags are nice - so buy them if you’re happy to bear the risk. ——- July 17 I was not given a royal mail tracking number so I have no way of seeing proof of delivery. I emailed asking for one and got no response. And I added shipping protection to my order. I am hoping the order turns up. That’s the only reason it’s 2 stars and not one.

Great online bag shopping
