I purchased the 10ctw Riviera Necklace and was blown away, the diamonds are brilliant, the craftsmanship is flawless, and it’s even more stunning in person. I received the product earlier yesterday 6/4/2035. The only way I can describe the tennis necklace I recieved is this: the necklace is fire, it is absolutely stellar and beautiful, there is no way this is an F-G, SI grade product. The stones look as good as if not better than ones in my D-F, VS1 tennis bracelet. Their customer service is top notch, initially the product was delayed because it didn’t pass the quality assurance check, which Luvansh has been the first jeweler to actually be up front and honest about something like that. I had an important family gathering and had ordered it so I’d have it for that. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had it in time as this was probably the last family gathering we would have where my grandfather with Alzheimer’s somewhat knows who we are. Them going above and beyond to make sure I got it in time truly means the world to myself and our family. I highly recommend and trust Luvansh, I hope you would give them the chance to WOW you like I did. You won’t be displeased or disappointed, and your wallet won’t be either. Editing to update - I had the necklace appraised by IGI after I had it customized by Luvansh, which they were absolutely amazing at and did it in such a fast manner. Ran into a minor issue but they were fast and expedited resolving it. The necklace was appraised and inspected by IGI and came back with E-F color grade and VS/SI clarity so higher than Luvansh has it listed at. They appraised it for $16,435 (16.4ct, 20inch custom 14k white gold tennis necklace). My mind was blown that I got such an amazing product at such a great price. I promise you won't be disappointed, and if for some reason you are they will do everything they can to try to address the matter.

I've made several diamond and diamond necklace purchases from Luvansh and have been absolutely delighted with both the extreme high quality of their items and the value of each. I gave necklaces for Christmas (Ordered in November and arrived just in the nick of time) and knew that shipping and availability may be an issue due to the massive advertising campaign put out on social media platforms. They got the job done and stayed in touch with me with updates as I was pretty anxious about receipt! The diamonds have been exactly as advertised and as the photos and individual videos of each stone showed. I couldn't be happier and will be back again and again!
