Very good communications, high quality products. Excellent selection. They have a good sense of humor and give you straight answers to your questions. I have purchased three or four items from them and when they missed their projected delivery date on one item, they gave me a new date and met it.

I messaged about an update on my order and they were very helpful. I asked when it would be shipped and they asked when I wanted it shipped so they could get it to me on my timeline. They were super quick and attentive. I am very grateful for the amazing customer service!

Overall I am fully satisfied and appreciate the teams hard work. The email back a forth gets a bit confusing some emails come back with incorrect info and we have to clarify the situation to get back on track.

What an amazing company! I have bought many loose diamonds and earrings from this company and I cannot recommend enough. I helped my brother pick out his engagement ring for his girlfriend. We ordered it right away. It said it would be delivered in August 29. I got in touch with a customer care service provider Katherine and she expedited the shipping to August 18 so it would be here on the day that we need it. I cannot thank her enough. She really saved everything this company is just amazing
