Site was well organized and searching was reasonably easy. As purchase was 'commodity' diamonds, pricing was more attractive here vs. competitors. Importantly, the items arrived earlier than estimated, were as promised and were securely/appropriately packaged.

Well the #1 thing to say here is that the ring is about the ring itself … I love it, and my fiancée is over the moon thrilled with it. It’s perfect. Just perfect. It arrived sooner than expected, too. I never spoke to anyone, this was entirely an online transaction, but, hey that’s a good thing. I mean, that’s my preference. I prefer to just to do everything click click click done. There was never a need to reach out to a salesperson nor to customer service. And the price. Very good price. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a “lab grown diamond” until about a month ago. Well, neither of us can tell the difference. My fiancée encouraged me to shop around for a bargain … she doesn’t like me to spend down my retirement savings (I am retired). We shopped online together. And this was indeed a bargain. We are both 200% happy. More so even than I had hoped.

This was an exceptional experience. I ordered on Tuesday evening, got a ship notification the next morning and received my earrings Friday morning. They are everything I hoped for- brilliant, eye clean, well cut, sparkly and very secure. This was the best price I have seen anywhere for diamond studs this size in 14kt gold, by FAR. My boss has a pair the same size (from a different seller) that aren’t nearly this gorgeous, with flimsy settings, and she is horrified that she paid three times as much as I did. Needless to say I will absolutely be back for more jewelry from Luvansh!!
