I have had to contact Luvansh several times regarding shipping my various orders (I’m never home to sign for a package, so I often have to redirect shipments to my local fedex facility). They have been so responsive and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure I receive what I have ordered, and the quality of their lab diamonds is incredible. Best prices around, too! Awesome help with accidental purchase

I ordered a 4.8 ct, E, VVS2, loose oval diamond. I received it in two days. It is even more beautiful than the picture and video on the site. I took it to my local jeweler to have set in my original wedding set and received the finished ring today. It is gorgeous! Everything far exceeded my expectations!
