Outstanding customer service! THEY reached out to confirm I received my package after we switched it from door delivery, due to not being able to be at home while fedex delivered to my door for required signature, to pick up at FedEx location. Amazing custom jewelry. We have purchased several custom pieces form Luvansh. The 46 carat tennis bracelet on their website is ours. My wife was never interested in tennis bracelets. Our local upscale Jeweler had a 2 CTW bracelet, tiny stones, grey charcoal color, for $45,000. Certainly not heirloom quality. My wife was more interested when she discovered custom jewelry. She picked out a 2 carat, ideal cut, internal flawless diamond in D color. The stone was so brilliant she wanted more, diamond greed. We bought the diamonds one at a time, each month, then 2 at the time. When we accumulated 8 stones the diamond tariffs were about to kick in. Afraid we were gonna miss out. We bought the remainder of our stones as 2 carat, Ideal cut, VVS1, E color to quickly save costs and complete the bracelet before the tariffs.. 23 stones in all with one radiant cut to identify the Diamond Heirloom bracelet for future generations. Luvansh completed the 46 carat custom bracelet in platinum. What an extraordinary job. Honestly, we can not tell the difference between the D,IF, Ideal and the E, VVS1, Ideal. Luvansh wowed us, look at their website to see the result.

I noticed that there was an error on my invoice and I e-mailed immediately to be sure my order was correct. I got a fast response by e-mail (even during the busy holiday season) stating that it would be correct upon shipping. The customer service has been wonderful!
