Buyers beware, my diamond didn’t last a week. I received it pretty quickly. 2 week delivery window. Faster than promised, on 10/22/25. Today 10/28/25 I spent all day crying. I called out at for work. I’m just devastated. This morning while getting ready for work I just put Lotion on my hands and I was putting my ring on and it slipped and fell on the floor. My floors are marble and the diamond fell out of the setting. I paid extra to have it set for me. 3.5 oval VVS 2. It’s IGI so IGI isn’t graded as well as well as GIA, so think about another level down. But still i worked so hard to get this because I could never afford a real one of this size. I’m so sad now my eyes are swollen so forgive me if there are typos. Swollen eyes and in a snot bath- sorry. I’m so afraid to take it to be repaired bcs these days they make CZ very sparkly like diamonds. I wanted to wear it to an event also. So now the stone fell out. I’m grateful it fell at home va outside somewhere. I’d literally be more devastated. Be careful they do not set the stone well at all and if you take it somewhere we don’t know if they could switch it out and take our lab created one. I know they inscribe serial number in real to diamonds. But idk if they do it with lab created ones. Anyways I’m just heart broken bcs I worked so hard and saved for myself for many years. At 50 I wanted to buy myself a birthday present and it just shattered. Not only am I growing old, but my dream ring just fell apart… geez I hope I can find someone to help me secure it so it won’t fall out ever again. The products are non returnable nor are the work guaranteed from my understanding. So sad Lavansh- I really had high hopes bcs the positive reviews. I hope someone can read this and at least give it more thought in case this happens to you .

Couldn't figure out how to order the correct format earring i wanted and their live chat offered fast and easy problem solving! Update 11/10 - received the wrong product just before going on a week long vacation , tried to remedy the mistake they made to no avail.

We ordered some 3 prong diamond earrings and BOTH prongs broke after 10 months - the diamonds just fell right out. My wife didn't even wear the earrings that much. Luvansh provided no recourse - they offered to fix them for essentially the same price we paid for them new. We took them to a local jeweler and they said the prongs are just very low quality. Very disappointed in Luvansh not standing by their product.

I purchased diamond earrings that look very low quality - not much sparkle at all. Even though I chose screw backs on the 2nd time actually wearing the earrings one fell off from being too loose. Thankfully I did not lose the crappy diamond, only the back but the company will the company refuses to assist as they only have a 30 day return policy and NO warranty on their products. The earrings bothered my ears so I have doubts they are actually gold. The prices are too good to be true here, and you get what you pay for. Would highly not recommend. With zero warranty on expensive items why would anyone give them business? Stay away.

My package arrived with the box sliced open and re-taped with my earrings stolen. I ordered an item listed as in stock. Depite this, the earrings took 2 weeks to ship. The package arrived while I was on a vacation. My husband was home and brought the package inside within minutes. He did not open it because he knew it was for me. When I got home 5 days later, I opened the box and noticed that it seemed to be taped rather messily. The green jewelry boxes had been put back in the shipping box but the velvet tab that holds the earrings was missing along with the earrings. I immediately contacted FedEx and opened a case that they promptly closed due to me not being the shipper. They informed me that since Luvansh did not pay for the extra shipping that requires a signature and more coverage for loss that I would have to take it up with them and they cannot help me. I contacted Luvansh at the same time as FedEx. To date I've sent 15 emails, 2 voicemails, 5 text messages, a message to their customer service chat on their website and via Reddit private message to their Luvansh assistant in their review page asking for a real person to contact me. NO RESPONSE other than a "we're working on it text" and a "contact customer service through email" chat on the website. To date I have not been able to speak to a real person or have a real person respond via email in a manner that indicates they are actualy reading what I write. They use some sort of bot to answer emails. I keep getting the same asinine responses saying I need to file with FedEx and I keep answering that I cannot file because I am not the shipper. They sent pictures of the order being ready to ship. That's fine but where is the picture of how the box left Luvansh? It had clearly been tampered with after it was sealed. Somebody somewhere whether at Luvansh or FedEx or one of their partners has a thief. So, Luvansh is ignoring me, FedEx can't help me and I am out money for stolen earrings. I have had some bumpy orders in the past and had the owner Jay call me personally when items didn't ship when promised- that's how I had a phone number to call because it doesn't exist on their webpage. I was happy with my purchases despite a couple of missed shipping dates and so I continued to purchase from Luvansh. This would have been my 10th purchase but sadly it's my last. Absymal customer service, especially for a repeat customer. **edited to respond to their reply. They advertise free shipping. They didn't offer signature required as an option under shipping at the time I ordered- it should be a given that expensive items come that way. So, it's my problem for not asking for something I didn't know wasn't included?**

My tennis necklace broke within the first month of getting it. I sent it to them and got it fixed waited awhile to receive it again. I only wore it a few times and kept it in great condition while not wearing it.. It broke again within a year still of owning it. Wtf the quality is horrible and now they want to charge $100 plus shipping to fix it. Don't buy from here

The customer support has been amazing. The process was easy and seamless even through IG dms. Ryan has been super patient and helpful with answering any questions I have regarding the perfect ring. Cannot wait to see it in person! Will update this review when the ring is delivered. I’ve had a better experience with speaking to the agents. They are willing to rectify the issue so I am happy to let them. Will update again when I see the craftsmanship of the ring. Update: the ring is not what I wanted. I asked and contacted multiple times for photos of the ring in production. It has arrived and they added a caged basket with my gallery rail. I wish they would have told me this would be the outcome because I would have declined the gallery rail all together. Now I am unable to wear my wedding band with the ring because it sits low and is in a cage setting. I wish they would do better at letting you know the process and even possibly having you approve the model of the ring before designing but nothing was shared. Any time I asked for photos, they told me to go online and look. Smh I’m so disappointed and now I have to wait until someone contacts me back to see what can be done.

I bought a tennis bracelet from Luvansh a few months ago. I took it to the local jeweler to have it resized and all the “lab diamond” they claim to use showed up as moissanite. When I reached out to Luvansh they sent me an article on how some lab grown diamond show up as moissanite. How can I be sure these are real diamonds? Had I known this I would have never purchased from them!
