I’ll be honest — I was a little nervous placing my first order with Luvansh. The price on the 14K White Gold Diamonds by the Yard Necklace seemed almost too good, and the original ship date was several weeks out, so I figured I had some time. To my surprise, the necklace shipped much earlier than expected. Normally that would be great news — except I wasn’t going to be at the shipping address, and the package required a signature. I reached out to customer support expecting a headache, but they stepped in immediately. They helped redirect the delivery to where I actually was, and even emailed after it arrived just to make sure it made it safely. Mad props for that level of proactive support. As for the necklace itself — it’s beautiful. The packaging is very nice and feels gift-ready (even though I bought this one for myself!). The diamonds are brighter, larger, and sparklier than the pictures made them look, which was such a pleasant surprise. The craftsmanship and overall look of the piece feel far more premium than the price would suggest. My only small critique is that I wish they had confirmed the early shipping before sending it, especially since a signature was required. But with customer service that responsive, it all worked out smoothly. Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with the entire experience — great value, great quality, and genuinely impressive customer support. I will absolutely shop here again.
