LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

I had the BEST experience with Luvansh. Their stone inventory is incredible along with the ability to sort based on very detailed criteria. I was able to choose an overall setting but not the specific setting - this made me a little nervous but I was absolutely blown away when I saw them! IGI certification was included for each one. Shipping was fast, customer service was really responsive and professional. This is now my favorite place to buy diamonds!

I was provided excellent customer service from Catherine. She helped me through the process of deciding the size necklace that best suit my needs. Every time I spoke with her she was patient and willing to stay on the phone with me until every question was answered. When I had an issue with my second order she helped me resolve it quickly and to my satisfaction. She was very patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Her customer service skills are excellent and I’m very pleased with my experience.

Haven’t gotten my diamond yet, but customer service has been very quick to reply and helpful.

Listened to what I needed, was incredibly fast - very satisfied!

Derek from support once again showed how impressive the support provided by Luvansh is. I needed to change an order as a result of my own mistake, which they had no obligation to correct, but his timely, and personalized response meant I could continue to have complete confidence in this company and their business practices.

I have previously purchased a necklace and earrings, they’re beautiful. I just purchase another pair of earrings and changed my mind a few days later. I called hoping to cancel, the rep Tyler was great…no questions asked. I had a credit to my original payment in ten minutes. My daughter in law had recommended Luvansh, I’m glad she did. I will continue to buy from them, I know that I will receive great quality items and terrific service.

Luvansh has good customer service and responds to emails quickly. My 1 carat earrings arrived before the scheduled date. I love them!

Easy to understand and quick to respond !
