Skeptical but pleasantly surprised
I was extremely skeptical about this company especially when my order took weeks longer than originally promised. But when my order arrived, it was beautiful. It was well packaged and it was exactly what I ordered. I had the diamond examined by a local jeweler to make sure the diamond was real and that the numbers matched the certificate. Everything was in order. If you order a custom piece from this company, expect a long delay from the time you order to the time it is shipped. Also, their communication leaves a lot to be desired. However, I am placing a second order with them, and this time I know I just need to be patient and wait for it to arrive. What this company should do for more five star reviews is to communicate accurate shipping times. Don’t make promises via email that you can’t keep, and it would help put customers’ minds at ease if you didn’t charge someone’s card for a purchase until the purchase ships. Otherwise, this company does deliver the products they promise. And the jewelry is beautiful.
