LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

I recently bought a GIA Certified 1.5 ct I-SI2 Pear Natural Diamond with the Twisted Solitaire Ring setting in 18K White Gold for my wife, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. My wife loves the ring, and it looks amazing. The entire experience was excellent, but I particularly want to thank Ryan from the customer service team. He answered all of my questions, helped me in selecting the perfect diamond, and made the process much simpler than I expected. Ryan also helped expedite my order so that it arrived in time for our anniversary, which meant a lot to me. To anyone searching for a high-quality diamond and excellent customer service, I highly suggest Luvansh.

I initially bought my ring in August 2025, but recently smashed my hand and damaged the corner of my ring. I went locally to see about having it repaired, I was so disappointed with the cost of the repair locally and the time it would take. So I reached out to out to Luvansch and explained what I did to my ring. They told me the could fix it for a fraction of the cost locally. Sending it out was a breeze. Luvansh sent me a label for FedEx. I mailed it on the 6/9 and I received it back today 6/19. Looking as beautiful as the day I got it! Also, they are very responsive to all the emails I sent

Neel was great with helping me change the metal on my order after I had placed it

Helped my father order a ring for my mother's birthday and we had some issues with the final price. I emailed customer service in the evening and I had an answer from customer service the next day by noon. They helped us with the pricing issue and I thought it was great customer service with a good outcome. We have not received the ring yet but are very much looking forward to it's arrival. I had previously ordered a loose diamond to put on a band and was extremely pleased with it so feel the ring w/ diamond will also be of excellent quality.

Great experience with Luvansh. Happy client from Laval, Quebec.

My diamond came out better than I could have imagined with a great price as well! Will be shopping with them again for wedding band!! Thank you!

100% recommended! That diamond is a beautiful piece of art. I fell in love with it. I would definitely order from them again, maybe with an even bigger diamond next time 😉. Shipping to Canada was incredibly fast.

My customer service person was very patient and helpful, providing images when necessary. Prices seem to be great, the site was easy to navigate, highly recommend.
