I ordered a 2 carat lab grown diamond necklace on Dec 1 - great price for the quality/size. After purchased, it said it would ship by December 15. It didn't and I reached out to customer service on 12/16 - they responded immediately with updates. The necklace didn't ship until 12/22 but ultimately received on 12/24. It is gorgeous! Assuming delays were due to heavy volume due to time of year. Customer service responded each time I reached out to them.

Their communication and Customer Service was great. I have purchased two off the shelf items and three customized. The quality of the stones is great.

Tl;dr things went wrong but Luvansh took the immediate steps to fix things. I ordered a ring during a sale and although it shipped quickly, it immediately got lost and stuck in FedEx limbo. FedEx is a horrible company, so I don’t fault Luvansh for this, but it was frustrating when the ring finally arrived and it wasn’t what I ordered. Fortunately, they helped me to immediately ship back the wrong ring, and by the end of the week, I have the right ring in my possession. I don’t feel entirely comfortable giving a full five stars given the fact that the wrong ring was shipped to me in the first place (and the fact that they use FedEx to ship) but I will give four stars because they were quick to fix their mistake, and the ring is beautiful and well made! If this ring had been what I got initially, and FedEx had not chosen the opportunity to fling my purchase into package limbo and step on it with their boots, it’d have been a fully five-star experience.

Customer service answered all of my questions, the ordering process was simple and straightforward. My only concern would be not offering shipping to Canada, so I had to coordinate another delivery option.

I have purchased 3 items: tennis bracelet and 2 5 stone rings. Shipping did take a long time (holiday season) but all items arrived before the date they promised. I am very happy with the quality. None of the descriptions listed the gram weight of the gold so I was nervous they would be light. All 3 pieces have more gold than other items I bought at a competitor. I am already looking to buy a necklace and maybe another ring!

My 3 early purchases were very good- high quality, full documentation, great prices. However the 4th time I went back to buy more, prices had significantly increased, so I backed out and moved on.
