This company sucks. They haven’t called after they double charged me, and my bag still hasn’t been delivered. These people are scam artists.

I put 2 pair of jeans, 1 shirt, & 2 pair of snow pants in the garment bag area of this bag. Folded & zipped it up to form the duffel bag. The garment bag was so stuffed that it bulged into the duffel bag area & I was only able to put some socks/underwear in there. It bulged on the outside so much that it could never be used as carry-on. Snow pants are bulky, but they advertise this bag to hold 2 weeks worth of clothing.

READ THE RETURN POLICY! Their advertisement is very deceptive. Not returnable for all practical purposes. The material for the bag is flimsy, but I can overlook that if it works. It is difficult to pack, holding far less than is demonstrated. Anything packed in the large garment compartment causes the bag to be VERY DIFFICULT to zip closed. The bag has no real structure so its difficult to attach the wheels and roll (it just slouches into a mess). Customer must pay shipping to CHINA in order to get a refund. This is a scam.

This is one of the most expensive pieces of crap I’ve ever purchased! Do not believe the hype. These are disgracefully cheaply made in china & in order to return you need to pay the shipping fee back! And who knows if they would actually refund?? Zipper busted first time use, the rolling wheels are laughable and the apparatus you roll on is a joke! Do not waste your money.

I purchased this bag and hadn’t even used it as we hadn’t been away. Last weekend we tried to use it for the first time and the zip broke. It’s very poor quality BUYER BEWARE

My husband ordered this bag for me, along with a jewelry pouch. My husband said the web site stated, "100% guarantee, money back refund policy" if you don't like the product. I was skeptical and my instincts proved correct. The bag arrived, along with the jewelry pouch. First, the material is a cheap, looking leather material. It will get a hole in it with one travel excursion. The whole concept of zippering it up to create the bag, is a joke. Not to mention trying to carry the darn thing once it's loaded. Insane!!! I looked up the return policy on the web site so I could get our money refunded and it states, "you can not open the mailing bag, nor the bag" if you want a refund. What???!!! How do you even know if you want to keep it, if you don't open the mailing bag and look over the product??? It also states, they will accept the return, but THEY GET TO DECIDE IF THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK. What a crazy 100% guarantee policy!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY LIKE THIS. LOOK AT AMAZON FOR THE BAG---IT'S HALF THE COST AS THE LUUXE WEBSITE.

Possibly thee most awful company regarding quality and customer service. They are now ignoring my emails and have acted in the most fraudulent way by sending bot automated messages. They have been reported to trading standards and my credit card. Please do not waste your money on this awful company

Cheap nasty plastic bag with faulty studs that won't close. Customer service ignore emails and the 100% money back guarantee is a joke. Save your money and do not buy from this company. This is the first trust pilot review yet they have an alleged 2300 plus on their own site. Very dodgy and suspicious. Do not lose your money on this substandard rubbish.
