LuuxbagsReviews of luuxbags.com

This bag is not cheap as many have said. The company can start by improving the zippers. They’re so cheap. I paid extra for the wheel -roller carrier; it’s poorly designed. The wheels only move in one direction hard to handle in the airport and if your bag is packed it cannot even stand up on the base without falling over— poorly designed. Buyer beware - the only thing great about this bag is the marketing.

I ordered in July never received them. Couldn't get them to answer any questions I had.

They sent me the wrong bag and after 7-8 emails they refused to send me the correct one. I reported them to the bank and to my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered Luxe and received 2 bags...one had defective snaps so reached out to see what they would do. Very friendly offer to just order another for $128 and they would refund as well as pick up shipping. Second, now only offering $20. I ordered based upon their policy. Now crickets...I am having my attorney write a demand letter for a full refund...doubt it will do anything and suggest all stay away from this company!

I ordered this bag in April, it arrived in June, long after the trip I took. I attempted to use the email to start a refund. The message bounced back as not being a “real’ address. I was advised to contact the company. There is no contact information. TODAY, June 24, I received an email SUGGESTING I keep the bag. If I returned ir the address was in CHINA. The refund offered was $16.95! Postage is $312.72! Really and there is a 20% restocking fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The bag is plastic not high grade manmade material. This is a rip off Chinese company selling us crap!

Bought a Luux bag for my daughter who is a travel nurse last November, these bags are not cheap. she has used this bag 4 times. On her last trip the zipper broke when she got to the airport. I contacted the company and they said they could not replace or repair the bag. In short I was SOL, that they would help me purchase another bag if I wanted. RealIy?! I will be returning the bag I bought for my other daughter if this is how they stand behind their product.

This company is a scam the day eventually arrives but did not come in time for my trip, I have since tried to use it for another trip but the zipper is broken, I have contacted C/S they have told me I should have contacted them as soon as I received the bag, well that’s a joke as they say you have to return or report within 14 days from order it took over a month to receive it, they will do nothing about the faulty bag. It’s really bad quality for the price and useless to me as it won’t zip up. Scammers don’t waste your money on it they take your money under false advertising. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star

I am still waiting to hear back from them I received the bag it was the weong color the snaps do t work the zipper is broken and it has strings from the stitching hanging all over it the bag was on sale for 129 they over charged me by 70.00 they keep telling me they are resolving the issue but it will be almost 2 months. This company and their product is a disgrace very unprofessional and they must leave you hanging
