Worst bag ever. Zipper doesn't work and pulls apart.

If I can give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to deal with them since June about a refund or my product. Be careful this company likes to take your money but not give you your product. They will not talk to you when they email you. They want a copy of the receipt and what you ordered you send it to them and they still will not help you so if you’d like to spend your money and don’t want anything in return, this would be rhe place to do it.

If you have $200 to throw away, which I did not but wound up doing. Do not buy this bag. The handle that slides up the back with the wheels it barely Velcro onto the holder. The snaps on the bag are cheap. the zippers well you’ll get a coat with a better zipper than what’s on this bag. The bag does not stay straight on the wheels. so if all the stuff shifts to the right, guess what your bag is falling over. It doesn’t fit on the little tiny platform at the bottom, so the bag gets filthy dirty. What I thought as a handicap person that would be better to use for me, turned out to be the worst problem of my whole trip. And I cannot return it because I opened it and used it one time. All I got to say is don’t buy it. It’s a cheap piece of crap. I’m pretty sure it was made in China that sucks. So just so you know, I just went to Las Vegas on September 16 and came back September 20 that bags going in the trash along with my $200 don’t buy it. Do not spend your money on it because you will never get it back once you open the Package. This bag was a big pain in the butt and hard to travel with. I’m going back to my little carry-on suitcase that has stability. If you buy this bag, you’re just throwing away your money.

BEWARE!!! This company WILL NOT accept returns! I tried to cancel an order within the designated timeframe and sent numerous emails. It always took Rachael, Customer Service at Luux Bags, a week to respond and when she did, she always asked for more information that was already sent to her. She promised a refund IF I returned the UNOPENED bag with a tracking number, which I did. I never opened the package, sent numerous photos, & complied with all their requests. The package was delivered to & received by Luux Bags on August 22, 2026. I followed up several times after the Luux Bag was received by them, but never received a response. It cost $30 to return the bag with a tracking number. I am disputing the original charge of $199.95 with my credit card company. Save your money & avoid aggravation… DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I never recieved my order. I contacted them and they gave me the run round for months. I finally had to dispute it with Paypal and am now in September ( ordered in May) am fighting to get my money back. They stalled, lied, ghosted me then apologized for it, all the while still stalling. They asked for pics, I sent pics of the secured concierge box system they were supposed to use. They have pics of my $173 purchase left outside a locked door to a 5 story building on a busy downtown St. Paul corner. All reputable companies have a code to enter n use the concierge box system. It's not my job to set this uo, it's the couriers job!! After stalling for months Luxx asked me to cancel the dispute I opened with Paypal and they would proceed. Proceed with what? More stalling? This is horrible and highly unethical. They stole my money and I have no product. I asked to have the order reshipped to my work address n they just kept saying they were investigating. They then pretended they'd reshipped it and sent a tracking number to Paypal the same day they asked me a second time to rescind my complaint. These people are shady and not to be trusted. BUYER BEWARE!!

I brought a luuxbag duffle bag & it turned out to be low quality & I contacted the company about five times so I could return it for a refund & they are playing games .DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this company & more importantly anything over hyped on social media is complete garbage including this company's bag.

This bag is not cheap as many have said. The company can start by improving the zippers. They’re so cheap. I paid extra for the wheel -roller carrier; it’s poorly designed. The wheels only move in one direction hard to handle in the airport and if your bag is packed it cannot even stand up on the base without falling over— poorly designed. Buyer beware - the only thing great about this bag is the marketing.
