I am giving one star becase there is not a half star. I ordered and have yet to receive any acknowlegement for my order. They took my money same day. The site doesn't recognize my information. I am expecting to receive two bags with roller attachments and SPECIAL GIFT. After reading the reviews, I'm scared of what I will receive or if I will receive anything. Going to Italy in September. Hope I get them before we board the plane.........

I ordered the bundle with a bag that comes with the roller, luggage scale, Iphone holder, and 2 compartment bags. I ordered it March 4. There is no customer service number to call, only a place to email your questions on their website. I have sent numerous emails, and they keep sending me a link to the shipping information that shows no update on the shipment since March 6. VERY FRUSTRATED THAT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER

I paid for my Luux bags on a but one get 3 free sale. I also paid for shipping protection. I have received nothing. Nothing at all. I was buying the bags for travel friends. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone. I even contacted the company twice. What a waste of time. After submitting my review my order has now arrived at my home. It took a month. SoI am amending my review because the bag does look nice. But I'm still disappointed that it took so long and information on the delivery process was lacking.

This bag is a scam. It is not leather, very poorly made and looks nothing like what they showed on their site. This is another scam company selling from China with a US address (but you have to send back to China and pay shipping) I am done buying anything from any company that I do not check the reviews first

In my opinion, this company is a joke and, the staff is full of scammers. I won't bore you with ALL the details but they were supposed to cancel my orders (2 of them for 3 bags) one day. The very next day they claim they shipped the bags apparently, so they will not have to/be able to cancel my orders. They THINK they are slick but have no idea what's in store for them! I'm in the process of suing them right now and, they are going to be investigated for deceptive practices, etc. Buyers BEWARE!
Me, myself and I.
I ordered 2 bags and a vac seal pouch thing. I never rcvd my vac sealer or the pouch. Customer service takes 2-3 days to respond via email and they just reply with a robot response. I have no way of contacting them either and I juat want my money back!
