Premium/ Personal
Everything about this company was great, an overall outstanding experience. They were extremely thorough and detailed, walking me step by step through creating my dream engagement ring with customizations. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive, usually replying back-to-back like an ongoing conversation, with 24 hours being the longest response time. The ring itself was beautifully constructed, with incredible personalization and attention to detail that truly delivered. From craftsmanship to communication, the entire process felt premium and intentional. The step-by-step guidance on every detail is what really made it feel like pure quality. I would absolutely choose them again
