Amazing attention to detail, in every aspect. Their team really CARES!!! I’ve never seen jewelers that just want you to propose best. Jack, even shared advised how to propose for me through emails. He is awesome. This team deserves all love and success. Thank you!

Hello, I absolutely loved my entire experience with Luther’s Diamonds from start to finish! Their attention to detail and amazing customer service made my custom designing process a breeze. I would highly recommend!! Thank you so much for everything! The ring is absolutely stunning!

From the moment I ordered the ring I could tell this business is all about making the customers happy and always putting the customers first. Very nice people and great customer service. The ring was handcrafted perfectly and was absolutely perfect as well as being beautiful. I give all my thanks to the whole team for busting their butts to get my ring here on time and doing everything they can to make sure of it. I couldn’t imagine getting my engagement ring anywhere else and I am so glad I found Luther’s Diamonds. Special thank you to Jack for always keeping me updated and handling everything with professionalism and confidence.

Vorsicht!

Phenomenal quality. I have to be honest, I saw their lotus lace ring, and asked for a copy from a local jeweler. They weren’t even close on the quality; what I saw online. Then I realized I have to get it from the source. When I ordered, updates came through nicely (shoutout Jack), and in person? The ring is PHENOMENAL. Like, it put the dupe ring to shame. Thank you for Luther’s family team. Big shoutout! (My order # was LD-1923? I lost the formal invitation link for review so just fyi)

The team worked diligently to help me refine my idea to match the idea in my vision. The final product expressed my love beautifully to my partner and made our anniversary so much more special. This was an absolutely amazing experience from the design, to the speed at which I received my jewelry, and the final unique cut. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was excited about the bracelet I ordered. I was told that the order would take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. After the six week mark, I had to reach out to the company several times asking for a status update. I finally received an update and received the bracelet about two weeks after when I was told I would receive it. Upon arrival, the design was beautiful, however, the bracelet was too short and did not fit. I reached out again to the company for solutions and several days have passed without any acknowledgment or solutions from the company. The company certainly needs to improve their communication with their clients, especially as a relates to delays in delivery and solutions for when the product does not fit as desired.
