The process was very smooth. If I called or reached out via email, I received a response immediately. I only had to work with 2 people. Howard Steiner and Jean Camp basically did all the work. They kept me updated every step of the way. No bait and switch deal. All promises were kept and my delivery arrived on time. My 4th purchase over the course of the last decade came as expected and anticipated. Almost the date that I was thinking of my next purchase, it's almost like my friend and sales manager, Howard, read my mind. He texted me only 2 days after I took a peek at the new inventory. Like WOW! Anywho, he said "It's about that time brother" and I said "I was already picking up what you were putting down". We chatted about our families, which might I say, the fact that Howard remembered my kid was astounding! The following day, I sent my documents confirming I'm still eligible and even got a credit increase. Later that evening my best friend took a turn for the worst. Howard reached out and empathize with me. A few days later Olivia also reached out and gave he rlove and support. They quickly confirmed my order and really made me feel like someone was thinking about me during this dark hour. I really love you guys so much. Today I got an email from Salvatore that my order is processed and items shipping in just a day or two. I swear this company is an extension of my family and I can't see my life without continued support and patronage of LutherSales. Eric and team have always been a special part of the Perry family.
