Great communication and help as always!
Response from LutherMay 6, 2020
Thank you Andre for a wonderful 5-star review. Our team works so hard to deliver the very best in customer service. Most amazing to me is that our entire staff has been working from home since the 3rd week of March and here we are May 6, 2020 and our service level has not missed a beat. As a New York based company with HQ's in Long Island, I could not be prouder of our team and for you our customer for the opportunity and trust you place in us with every transaction. Wishing you well, Eric Eric Glickstein President
Yanira
The process was so easy and I received my purchase pretty quickly. I would recommend to anyone.
Response from LutherMay 6, 2020
Hi Yanira, Thank you very much Yanira for your generous 5-star review. They never get old. You wouldn't know it but our entire team has been working from home since late March, 2020 as a result of COVID-19. We are based out of Long Island NY so it might not be until June sometime before we all get to see one another back in our offices. We are so proud of our team who takes these reviews to heart. Nothing has stood in their way of there relentless commitment to serve you, the customer. Please know, we appreciate the trust you place in us with each and every order and look forward to serving you again in the future. Wishing you well, Eric Eric Glickstein President

Kerry Franco was spectacular. She exceeded my expectations in explaining that I could get more and keep my payment the same. Also worked it out to get my order out quicker. Please give Kerry an accommodation that merits good customer service.

Wow that is about as compelling a testimonial as we have seen related to the interaction between a first time buyer and our own Kerry. Kerry lights it up for us when it comes to client testimonials. We are lucky to have her. Thank you for sharing your experience and be sure to pass her name on to your friends, family and co-workers. I know she would welcome the opportunity. PS We couldn't resist and shared your testimonial with Kerry and our entire team. She was quite humbled though I am not sure why all her customers feel similar. Wishing you well, stay safe! Eric
