Really mean and hostile..I lost my job and has been trying to Mail in payments since I retired..they keep saying they do not have my payments..has been demanding I setup an allotment..they are too hostile to give access to my bank account..also I blame them for my job LOSS..they wait until the date the payment is due to like deposit money I sent at months beginning….really scared of these people..I did FedEx first ..next I just used regular mail….they just started lying and like trying to bully me to do an allotment.. (I have a taped message left on my phone that says ‘do not call’…. I don’t know why the lady left that message..but I will not call either..the message is from 1st week of January)

I placed and order it took gor ever to get it so I cancel it thru got upset because I received stuff after canceling and stored in my house until it was returned they took returned fees of my refund and I still have not received the rest of the refund I call Laurent and emailed him and to date they have not had the decency of calling me ba k or send my refund!!!

I purchased an order back in August they have took out almost $400 out of my check to pay weekly almost $40 a week Kerry never returns phone calls she reads my text but does not even reply I keep getting the runaround if I knew it was gonna take this long I would’ve just went and bought it here I am going to pay them three times more than what it’s worth if I didn’t need it I wouldn’t of buying it from these people I’m so frustrated I can’t get a straight answer I’m fixing to cancel my order and request a refund I was promised it would be delivered within a couple weeks after my first payment I’ve made about seven payments and still don’t even know when I’m gonna get it if I can give them a zero star rating I would this Kerry lady does not even care about the Customers

I order my tv 9/2/2022 & I haven’t received my order yet they gave me a delivery date but I still have not received my order of anybody see this before you order from this company please run away this don’t make any sense on why I had a delivery date & still no tv it’s been a month & no nothing Katon been trynna work with me I guess but that lady Kerry is no use she don’t help with anything & she never answers if y’all getting people out they money just say that people work to damn hard to be getting they money just took this company needs to do better because to many people are getting their hard earned money took by this company & it’s not fair to us

I ordered a bed with adjustable base back in August 2022 it has been 2 months and have not received any word or delivery information. This company keeps taking the payments out each pay period but will not respond to any contact I have tried. I have tried numerous emails and phone calls but get no response it is like as soon as you place an order and they start taking their money they throw you to the side and have no use for you at all. I will not name my “sales reps” name but for future customers STAY AWAY!! This place is a joke!! Like I said as soon as you place your order and they take money from your bank account all communication stops!!!

Placed an order 09/26 and have not heard back since. Called several times and it goes straight to voicemail. Horrible and ghetto.

I had faith in Luthers. I placed an order with Kerry Franco and it was completed 9/22/22. That's the last communication I have rec'd. I have sent Ms. Kerry 2 emails requesting a shipping update with no response. I have also called the main customer service line, only to be transferred back to Kerry's voicemail. That at one point said she was out in August, now it says she will be out again in Oct. I just want a status update on the three items I have ordered. I have had two allotment payments since I ordered. Can ANYONE give me and up date?

I am now into my fourth payment and I’m still being told my Samsung cell phone I ordered is on back order. Yet, before I went through the entire process I was guaranteed delivery within 5 weeks. Still not a damn thing….by the time this phone arrives a newer model will hit the market. I’m disgusted and will cancel in about 2 weeks if not here by then
